هلاستدي غرفة مذاكرة هادئة. نجمع أقل قدر ممكن من البيانات لتشغيل الغرف — الحساب اختياري تماماً، بدون رقم جوال، وبدون أدوات تتبّع إعلانية.

من نحن

هلاستدي خدمة تديرها مؤسسة هلا، وهي منشأة فردية يملكها عزيز الخنيزان، ومقرها الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. نحن جهة التحكم في البيانات المسؤولة عن معالجة بياناتك بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (PDPL). لأي سؤال يتعلق بالخصوصية: info@halastudy.com أو +966 59 916 1315.

الحد الأدنى للعمر

هلاستدي مخصّصة لمن أعمارهم 18 سنة فأكثر. لأن الكاميرا تعمل داخل الغرف، لا نسمح باستخدام الخدمة لمن هم دون هذا السن. إذا علمنا بأن حساباً يخص شخصاً دون السن المسموح، نحذفه. إن كنت ولي أمر وتعتقد أن قاصراً أنشأ حساباً، راسلنا فوراً.

الأساس النظامي للمعالجة

نعالج بياناتك بناءً على موافقتك عند إنشاء الحساب أو فتح غرفة، وبناءً على المصلحة المشروعة في تشغيل الخدمة وحمايتها من إساءة الاستخدام. يمكنك سحب موافقتك في أي وقت بحذف بياناتك.

ماذا نخزّن على الخادم؟

• اسم الغرفة ورمزها، ووضع الوسائط، والجدول الزمني إن وُجد.
• كلمة مرور الغرفة بصيغة مشفّرة أحادية الاتجاه (PBKDF2) — لا نخزّن كلمة المرور نفسها أبداً.
• آخر 80 رسالة دردشة في كل غرفة، ولوحة المهام المشتركة.
• الاسم المستعار الذي تدخله عند الانضمام، وعدّادات الحضور للغرف المجدولة.

ماذا لا يصل إلى الخادم أبداً؟

• الكاميرا والمايك: الفيديو والصوت ينتقلان مباشرة بين المشاركين (نظير إلى نظير). الخادم يمرر رسائل إعداد الاتصال فقط، ولا يستقبل أو يسجل أي وسائط.
• إذا تعذّر الاتصال المباشر، قد تمر الوسائط مشفّرة عبر خادم ترحيل (TURN) لا يستطيع فك تشفيرها.
• لا نسجّل أي جلسة مذاكرة، ولا نحتفظ بأي صورة أو صوت منها.

التحليلات والقياس

لا نستخدم تحليلات طرف ثالث ولا ملفات تعريف إعلانية. إن استخدمنا مستقبلاً أدوات قياس، فستكون صديقة للخصوصية وبلا تتبّع للأفراد (إحصاءات مجمّعة فقط)، وسنحدّث هذه السياسة قبل تفعيلها.

كم تبقى البيانات؟

• الغرف غير المجدولة تُحذف تلقائياً بعد نحو 30 دقيقة من مغادرة آخر مشارك، ومعها الدردشة واللوحة.
• الغرف المجدولة تبقى بين الجلسات حتى يحذفها منشئها أو تنتهي صلاحيتها.
• عناوين IP تُستخدم في الذاكرة فقط للحماية من إساءة الاستخدام (حدود المعدل) ولا تُخزّن على القرص.

الحسابات الاختيارية

• التسجيل اختياري — فتح الغرف الفورية والانضمام إليها لا يحتاج حساباً أبداً.
• إذا أنشأت حساباً نخزّن: بريدك الإلكتروني، وكلمة مرورك بصيغة مشفّرة أحادية الاتجاه (PBKDF2)، واسمك، ودقائق تركيزك وسلسلة أيامك، وقائمة غرفك الأخيرة.
• رسائل الدردشة داخل الغرف غير مربوطة بحسابك — الغرف الفورية تُحذف بمحتواها تلقائياً.
• تحذف بياناتك بنفسك في أي وقت من صفحة الحساب — الحذف فوري ونهائي ويشمل البريد ودقائق التركيز والسلسلة.

ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتخزين المحلي

• ملف تعريف جلسة وظيفي واحد (معرّف عشوائي، صلاحيته 30 يوماً) — لا ملفات تتبّع.
• ملف تعريف ثانٍ موقّع لتسجيل الدخول، فقط إذا أنشأت حساباً.
• تفضيلاتك (اللغة، السمة، الاسم المستعار) تبقى في متصفحك أنت، ولا تُرسل إلينا.

مزودو الخدمة

نستعين بمزودي خدمة موثوقين لتشغيل هلاستدي: الاستضافة السحابية (AWS)، ومزوّد خدمة ترحيل الوسائط (TURN). يعالج هؤلاء البيانات نيابة عنا وفق تعليماتنا فقط، ولا يُسمح لهم باستخدامها لأي غرض آخر.

نقل البيانات خارج المملكة

قد تُعالَج بعض البيانات على بنية تحتية سحابية خارج المملكة العربية السعودية (حالياً خوادم AWS في مومباي، الهند). عند حدوث ذلك، نطبّق الضمانات التي يشترطها نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية لحماية بياناتك أثناء النقل.

كيف نحمي بياناتك

نطبّق تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة: تشفير كلمات المرور (PBKDF2)، ونقل الوسائط نظير إلى نظير، وتقليل البيانات إلى أدنى حد، وحذفها تلقائياً. لا توجد وسيلة نقل عبر الإنترنت آمنة بنسبة 100%، لكننا نلتزم بحماية بياناتك بأفضل الممارسات.

حقوقك

بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية، لك الحق في: العلم بكيفية معالجة بياناتك، والوصول إليها، وتصحيحها، وحذفها، وسحب موافقتك. لممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق راسلنا على info@halastudy.com. إذا رأيت أننا لم نعالج طلبك بشكل صحيح، يحق لك التقدّم بشكوى إلى الجهة المختصة (الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي — سدايا).

تغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. ننشر النسخة المحدّثة هنا مع تعديل تاريخ "آخر تحديث"، وإن كان التغيير جوهرياً ننبّهك داخل الخدمة.

النظام الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه السياسة لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص محاكمها بأي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

Privacy Policy

Halastudy is a quiet study room. We collect the minimum needed to run rooms — accounts are entirely optional, no phone number, and no advertising trackers.

Who we are

Halastudy is operated by Hala, a sole proprietorship owned by Aziz Al Khunizan, based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are the data controller responsible for processing your data under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). For any privacy question: info@halastudy.com or +966 59 916 1315.

Minimum age

Halastudy is for people aged 18 and over. Because the camera is on inside rooms, we do not allow use by anyone under this age. If we learn that an account belongs to someone underage, we delete it. If you are a guardian and believe a minor created an account, contact us right away.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data based on your consent when you create an account or open a room, and on our legitimate interest in running the service and protecting it from abuse. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your data.

What we store on the server

• Room name and code, media mode, and the schedule if one is set.
• The room password as a one-way hash (PBKDF2) — the password itself is never stored.
• The last 80 chat messages per room, and the shared task board.
• The nickname you enter when joining, and attendance counters for scheduled rooms.

What never reaches the server

• Camera and microphone: video and audio travel directly between participants (peer-to-peer). The server only relays connection-setup messages and never receives or records media.
• When a direct connection is impossible, media may pass encrypted through a relay server (TURN) that cannot decrypt it.
• We never record a study session, and we keep no image or audio from one.

Analytics and measurement

We use no third-party analytics and no advertising profiles. If we ever add measurement tools, they will be privacy-friendly and non-tracking (aggregate counts only), and we will update this policy before turning them on.

How long data is kept

• Unscheduled rooms are deleted automatically about 30 minutes after the last participant leaves, along with their chat and board.
• Scheduled rooms persist between sessions until their creator deletes them or they expire.
• IP addresses are used in memory only for abuse protection (rate limiting) and are never written to disk.

Optional accounts

• Signing up is optional — opening and joining instant rooms never requires an account.
• If you create one, we store: your email, your password as a one-way hash (PBKDF2), your name, your focus minutes and day streak, and your recent rooms list.
• Room chat is not linked to your account — instant rooms and their content are deleted automatically.
• You can delete your data yourself at any time from the account page — deletion is immediate, permanent, and covers your email, focus history, and streak.

Cookies and local storage

• One functional session cookie (a random identifier, 30-day lifetime) — no tracking cookies.
• A second signed cookie for sign-in, only if you create an account.
• Your preferences (language, theme, nickname) stay in your own browser and are not sent to us.

Service providers

We rely on trusted providers to run Halastudy: cloud hosting (AWS) and a media relay (TURN) provider. They process data on our behalf, only on our instructions, and may not use it for any other purpose.

International data transfers

Some data may be processed on cloud infrastructure outside Saudi Arabia (currently AWS servers in Mumbai, India). Where this happens, we apply the safeguards required by the PDPL to protect your data in transit.

How we protect your data

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: password hashing (PBKDF2), peer-to-peer media, data minimization, and automatic deletion. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, but we are committed to protecting your data using best practices.

Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to: be informed about how your data is processed, access it, correct it, delete it, and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email info@halastudy.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you have the right to file a complaint with the competent authority (Saudi Data & AI Authority — SDAIA).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We post the updated version here with a revised "last updated" date, and for material changes we will notify you inside the service.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
