شروط الاستخدام

مرحباً بك في هلاستدي. باستخدامك للخدمة فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. اقرأها مع سياسة الخصوصية، فهي جزء لا يتجزأ من هذه الشروط.
1. قبول الشروط
باستخدامك هلاستدي — سواء بفتح غرفة، أو الانضمام إليها، أو إنشاء حساب — فإنك تقر بأنك قرأت هذه الشروط ووافقت عليها. إن لم توافق، لا تستخدم الخدمة.
2. من يحق له الاستخدام
هلاستدي مخصّصة لمن أعمارهم 18 سنة فأكثر، ولأن الكاميرا تعمل داخل الغرف لا يجوز استخدامها لمن هم دون هذا السن. باستخدامك للخدمة فإنك تؤكد أنك بلغت هذا السن وأن لديك الأهلية النظامية للموافقة على هذه الشروط.
3. وصف الخدمة
هلاستدي غرفة مذاكرة هادئة تعتمد على "المرافقة بالوجود" (body-doubling): الكاميرا تعمل والمايك مقفول، فتذاكر بجانب غيرك دون كلام. الفيديو ينتقل مباشرة بين المشاركين ولا يُسجَّل. الخدمة تُقدَّم مجاناً في مرحلة التجربة وقد تتغيّر ملامحها في أي وقت.
4. الحساب
- الحساب اختياري؛ يمكنك فتح الغرف والانضمام إليها بدونه.
- إن أنشأت حساباً فأنت مسؤول عن سرية كلمة مرورك وعن كل نشاط يجري من خلاله.
- تلتزم بتقديم معلومات صحيحة، وبعدم انتحال شخصية أي فرد أو جهة.
5. قواعد السلوك داخل الغرف
وجودك أمام الكاميرا التزام. عند استخدام هلاستدي يُمنع منعاً باتاً:
- الظهور بمظهر غير لائق، أو أي عُري أو محتوى جنسي أو إيحائي، سواء منك أو في خلفيتك.
- المحتوى العنيف أو الكراهية أو التمييز أو التنمّر أو المضايقة أو التهديد بأي شكل.
- أي محتوى أو سلوك مخالف لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.
- إزعاج المشاركين أو تعطيل هدوء الغرفة عمداً.
- استخدام الأسماء المستعارة أو الدردشة أو لوحة المهام لنشر روابط ضارة، أو إعلانات، أو رسائل مزعجة.
يجب أن يبقى ظهورك مناسباً لبيئة مذاكرة عامة يشاركك فيها غرباء.
6. احترام خصوصية الآخرين
يُمنع تسجيل أو التقاط صور شاشة أو إعادة نشر أو بث فيديو أو صوت أو صورة أي مشارك آخر بأي وسيلة. وجودك في الغرفة لا يمنحك إذناً بتصوير أو حفظ ما تراه. مخالفة ذلك سبب فوري للحظر.
7. المحتوى الذي تنشره
تبقى ملكية ما تكتبه (اسمك المستعار، رسائل الدردشة، مهام اللوحة) لك، وتمنحنا إذناً محدوداً بعرضه للمشاركين داخل الغرفة لتشغيل الخدمة فقط. أنت وحدك المسؤول عن محتواك، وتقرّ بأنه لا يخالف هذه الشروط ولا حقوق الغير.
8. الإشراف والإنفاذ
لحماية سلامة المستخدمين، يحق لنا — دون إشعار مسبق ووفق تقديرنا — إنهاء أي غرفة، أو إزالة أي محتوى، أو تعليق أو حظر أي مستخدم يخالف هذه الشروط أو يهدد سلامة الآخرين.
9. الملكية الفكرية
اسم هلاستدي وشعارها وتصميم الخدمة مملوكة لنا. تعتمد الخدمة جزئياً على برمجيات مفتوحة المصدر تخضع لتراخيصها الخاصة، وهذا لا يمنحك أي حق في علامات هلاستدي. لا يجوز نسخ الخدمة أو إعادة بيعها أو تقليدها دون إذن.
10. خدمات الطرف الثالث
تعتمد الخدمة على مزوّدين خارجيين (استضافة، وخوادم ترحيل الوسائط). لا نتحمّل مسؤولية أعطال أو ممارسات هذه الأطراف الخارجة عن سيطرتنا.
11. الخدمة "كما هي"
هلاستدي في مرحلة تجريبية وتُقدَّم "كما هي" و"حسب توفّرها"، دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية. لا نضمن أن تكون الخدمة متواصلة أو خالية من الأخطاء أو أن تناسب غرضاً معيّناً.
12. حدود المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حدّ يسمح به النظام، لا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية أو عرضية تنشأ عن استخدامك للخدمة أو تعذّر استخدامها، بما في ذلك سلوك المشاركين الآخرين.
13. التعويض
توافق على تعويضنا عن أي مطالبات أو أضرار تنشأ عن مخالفتك لهذه الشروط أو للأنظمة أو لحقوق الغير.
14. الإنهاء
يمكنك التوقّف عن استخدام الخدمة وحذف حسابك في أي وقت. ويحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك إذا خالفت هذه الشروط.
15. تغييرات على الشروط
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. ننشر النسخة المحدّثة هنا مع تعديل التاريخ، واستمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد ذلك يعني موافقتك على النسخة الجديدة.
16. النظام الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص محاكم الرياض بأي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

Welcome to Halastudy. By using the service you agree to these Terms. Read them together with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using Halastudy — whether opening a room, joining one, or creating an account — you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Who can use Halastudy
Halastudy is for people aged 18 and over, and because the camera is on inside rooms it may not be used by anyone younger. By using the service you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
3. What the service is
Halastudy is a quiet study room based on body-doubling: camera on, mic off, so you work alongside others without talking. Video travels directly between participants and is never recorded. The service is offered free during beta and its features may change at any time.
4. Your account
- An account is optional; you can open and join rooms without one.
- If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under it.
- You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate any person or organization.
5. Conduct inside rooms
Being on camera is a commitment. When using Halastudy the following are strictly prohibited:
- Appearing inappropriately, or any nudity, sexual, or suggestive content, whether from you or in your background.
- Violent, hateful, discriminatory, bullying, harassing, or threatening content in any form.
- Any content or behavior that breaks the laws of Saudi Arabia.
- Deliberately disturbing participants or disrupting the quiet of a room.
- Using nicknames, chat, or the task board to post harmful links, advertising, or spam.
Your on-camera presence must stay appropriate for a public study space shared with strangers.
6. Respecting others' privacy
You may not record, screenshot, re-publish, or broadcast any other participant's video, audio, or likeness by any means. Being in a room does not grant permission to capture or save what you see. Doing so is grounds for an immediate ban.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of what you write (your nickname, chat messages, board tasks) and grant us a limited permission to display it to participants inside the room, solely to run the service. You are solely responsible for your content and confirm it does not break these Terms or anyone's rights.
8. Moderation and enforcement
To protect user safety, we may — without prior notice and at our discretion — end any room, remove any content, or suspend or ban any user who breaks these Terms or threatens the safety of others.
9. Intellectual property
The Halastudy name, logo, and service design belong to us. The service is built in part on open-source software provided under its own licenses, which grants you no rights in the Halastudy marks. You may not copy, resell, or clone the service without permission.
10. Third-party services
The service relies on external providers (hosting and media relay servers). We are not responsible for failures or practices of these third parties that are outside our control.
11. Service provided "as is"
Halastudy is in beta and is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including the conduct of other participants.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against any claims or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, of the law, or of anyone's rights.
14. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We post the updated version here with a revised date, and your continued use after that means you accept the new version.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
